Sensitive-information and secure-handoff rules
Public website, email, WeChat and social-media channels accept only a de-identified device category, general objective, timing and contact details.
Do not transmit through public channels
Do not submit state secrets, classified mission information, restricted model identifiers, complete schematics, source code, keys, credentials, undisclosed customer data or any material prohibited from internet transmission.
Sensitive but non-classified projects
Select the sensitive-project option and provide only a general outline. After identity and authority checks, the project owner will agree a controlled enterprise channel and least-privilege access model with the customer.
Classified information
Classified information must never be transmitted over the public internet. It must follow the customer-designated classified system and offline process under applicable law and project rules.
Overseas inquiries
General inquiries are accepted. Projects involving samples, technical data, destinations, end users or end use may require business, privacy and export-control review before further action.
